By accessing or using dittomark UI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

About the Service

dittomark UI is operated by Dittomark as an individual project (not a registered company) providing free UI component templates for web developers.

Use License

dittomark UI provides UI component blocks that you may use in your projects. The following permissions and restrictions apply:

Permitted Uses:

  • Copy, modify, and use the component code in personal and commercial projects
  • Create derivative works based on the components
  • Distribute projects that incorporate these components

Restrictions:

  • You may not redistribute the components as a standalone competing component library
  • You may not sell, sublicense, or distribute the components as templates, blocks, or sections on a marketplace where the primary value is the components themselves
  • You may not offer them as a hosted template library or SaaS where users download substantially similar components
  • You may not claim ownership of the original component designs
  • You must respect the licenses of underlying dependencies (Radix UI, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui)

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding user-provided content and third-party components) remain the property of Dittomark. The components are built using open-source libraries including Radix UI, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui, each governed by their respective licenses.

User Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not attempt to disrupt, compromise, or interfere with the service's security or functionality
  • Not use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purpose
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of Dittomark and third-party dependencies
  • Not engage in excessive automated requests that may burden our infrastructure

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

Our components utilize third-party libraries and frameworks including but not limited to:

  • shadcn/ui
  • React
  • Other open-source libraries

Your use of these dependencies in downloaded components is subject to their respective licenses and terms of service. We are not responsible for changes, issues, or liabilities arising from these third-party dependencies.

User-Generated Content

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other materials to dittomark UI, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such materials into our service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the service.

Termination
